Case Study Introduction

"Lynchpin is a small tour operating company, owned and managed by two business partners and based in Portrush, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Lynchpin specialises in putting together tour itineraries that are tailor-made to meet the needs of small groups of incoming visitors to Ireland. Although Lynchpin’s office is in Northern Ireland, most of its tours are based in the Republic of Ireland.
