Individual purchasers
The simplest and fastest way to get the book you want is to buy from this website using our secure shopping cart and your credit/debit card. It's also cheaper as we currently offer discounts of between 10% and 20% for online sales. Once you have placed your order, please check your incoming
emails. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a short time, please get in touch with us at orders@tandtpublishing.co.uk.
Alternatively, you can download a printable PDF order form here, fill it in and either post or fax it to us using the contact details on the form.
If posting your order, you can include a cheque or postal order for the full amount or complete the credit/debit card instructions on the order form. If sending a cheque, your order will be processed once the cheque has cleared. For faxed orders you must complete the credit/debit card instructions on the order form.

Pre-ordering
If items are not in stock, e.g. because they are not yet published, you can still pre-order them from us. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until the items are despatched.
We will email you with the date the items are expected in our warehouse. You will also receive another email when your order is despatched. At this point your card will be charged and we will inform you of this.

Colleges and schools
We welcome official orders from educational establishments. You can either use our printable PDF institution order form or your own institution’s purchase order form to place a firm order. You can include a cheque with your order or we can send an invoice if a purchase order number is quoted.
Please post or fax it to us using the contact details below, making sure that you quote the order number clearly. We currently offer the following discounts on orders from UK educational institutions: 5% on orders over £100; 7.5% on orders over £200; 10% on orders over £400.
Inspection copies are available to bona fide lecturers and teachers in education institutions in the UK – for full details go to our Inspection Copies page.

Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from receipt of order and use a variety of delivery methods based on the size of package. In some cases, a signature may be required when the books are delivered.

Postage and packing
For a limited period we've scrapped our shipping charges for all online UK orders placed on this website - that's a saving up to £7 per order!
For orders placed by post, phone or fax, our charges for postage and packing are based on the number of books ordered. The current charge is £3.00 for the first book, plus £2.00 for each additional book (up to a maximum charge of £7). These rates are for delivery within the UK.

Returns policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Travel and Tourism Publishing Ltd. in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the order within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Travel and Tourism Publishing Ltd. at your expense within 30 days. It is recommended that you return the goods in the original packaging or similar and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Travel and Tourism Publishing Ltd. within 30 days if the goods are received in resaleable condition. If the goods are not received in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
