Unit Overview

This unit is based around planning, organising and taking part in a residential study visit in the UK or overseas. You will consider the aims and objectives of the study visit, and prepare a proposal for a visit, describing the features and benefits of a destination. You will be introduced to the importance of health, safety and security on study visits and will learn about risk assessments. You will be given the chance to participate positively in the study visit and carry out an evaluation of your own contribution to its success.
