Heard about these via a BTEC training event. The tourism statistics section is helpful and the videos. More on current issues would be good.

Currently, these include Edexcel/BTEC, NCFE, City & Guilds and Ascentis. The book is also designed to be relevant to a variety of other cabin crew training and education courses. It is a useful revision tool and will prove helpful when completing tests, assignments and interviews.

Before embarking on a successful teaching career, Beverley Goodman worked as a member of cabin crew for the UK’s largest charter airline.
