Unit Overview
In this unit you will learn about the roles, duties and responsibilities of different types of holiday representatives who work overseas. The unit also gives you the opportunity to examine the legal responsibilities of reps and the part they play in providing a healthy and safe holiday environment for customers. You will also have the chance to practise your social, customer service and selling skills when dealing with a range of situations that reps encounter, such as organising a welcome meeting for guests.
