With over 25 years teaching experience, he has taught the subject since the early 1990s and was, until recently, Head of Department in a Sixth Form College. Stephen is the author of several Travel and Tourism text books and resources, and has experience of the industry, working in a specialist tour operating company. Currently a consultant, assessor and writer in tourism education, Stephen regularly leads in-service training courses for teachers and lecturers of Travel and Tourism.
