Ray Youell has more than 25 years’ experience of the travel and tourism industry, working in the UK and overseas, and teaching in FE and HE. He has been writing textbooks for more than 15 years and has acted as a consultant to government departments and the major awarding bodies on travel and tourism curriculum developments. Professionally, Ray is a member of the Tourism Society and the Society of Authors.
