  1. eBook for personal use by single user - this PDF can be read on a PC, tablet or mobile by a single purchaser. Printing is allowed, but uploading to a VLE network is strictly prohibited.
  2. eBook to upload to a VLE network - this PDF can be uploaded to a secure, closed VLE network and accessed by staff and students at the purchasing institution. Printing is allowed.

Before embarking on a successful teaching career, Beverley Goodman worked as a member of cabin crew for the UK’s largest charter airline. She progressed from a junior role to recruiting, training and managing other cabin crew for the 12 years she was with the company. This wealth of experience provided an excellent foundation for 20 years of teaching vocational travel and tourism courses.
